According to recent industry data from the NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) Market Outlook and Remodeling Magazine’s Cost vs. Value Report:

Kitchen Remodel (National Averages)

• Minor Refresh: $15,000 - $35,000
• Mid-Range Remodel: $45,000 – $65,000
• Major/High-End Remodel: $80,000 – $150,000+

Bathroom Remodel (National Averages)

• Minor Remodel: $15,000 – $25,000
• Mid-Range Remodel: $25,000 – $40,000
• Major/High-End Remodel: $50,000 – $100,000+
